Our 6th Grade Exploratory Wheel is an exciting, year-long journey designed to spark new interests and build essential skills for life. This unique program gives students a taste of various elective options they can pursue in 7th and 8th grade, exposing them to a wide range of learning opportunities. Through hands-on activities and collaborative projects, students will develop practical skills and learn to work effectively with others.
This year, your child will rotate through three dynamic classes on a pre-set schedule:
- Life Skills (Home Economics): Beyond cooking, students will learn practical life management skills, fostering independence and resourcefulness.
- Speaking Skills: From public speaking to persuasive communication, students will gain confidence and clarity in expressing their ideas.
- Tech Skills: Students will dive into the digital world, developing foundational technology competencies vital for the modern age.
