The DVMS 8th Grade Boomers! Trip is Monday, June 1st from 10:00am-2:00pm.
Students should arrive at DVMS following the regular
Monday bell schedule (8:15 AM start time) and attend 1st period before departing campus at 9:30AM for Boomers.

Students will take a chartered bus from DVMS and will arrive at Boomers! at
10:00 AM and return to campus by 2:30 PM. Students will be dismissed at the end of the regular school day at 2:45 PM.

In case of accident or emergency, I authorize the school to seek medical, surgical, or hospital attention for my child. It is understood that every attempt will be made to contact me before taking this action. I understand that any campus activity involves certain dangers and I hold the District and its representatives harmless from claims of liabilities arising from this school trip.

Please print out the attached permission slip and return to the front office by Thurs. 4/30/26.

ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PERMISSION SLIP TO ATTEND.
Permission slips should be turned into the front office.

Registration will close Thurs. 4/23/26 @ 6:00pm.

By registering your student, you are hereby giving permission for your student to attend the 8th Grade trip at Boomers! Amusement Park on Monday, June 1st from 10:00am-2:00pm. I have read and will cooperate with all rules and policies listed above.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to enter your student's last name and ID number. If you are purchasing for multiple students, please do each one separately.

Two pieces of pizza, chips and a drink.

Trip subject to cancellation if not enough funds collected.
